arvato systems (China) customized Inside Sales System for the company. The system was implemented in the company’s call center and solved problem of inefficient management in outlets. The sales system effectively improved loyalty of outlets and increased revenue. arvato systems (China) also customized Webtool system (including WKA system and NBR system). The Webtool system was implemented in WKA wholesale centers and NBR retail stores. The webtool system improved management, produced multi-dimension reports about relevant sales channels and provided solid data for decision makings of sales and marketing departments.
